^ mmm i have the dark knight imax prologue from the Batman Begins blu-ray and it looks nothing like this… actually it looks freakin amazing, no aliasing that I noticed.

The aliasing is from the original blu-ray… this blu ray looks like crap, edge enhancement everywhere. They really destroyed the movie transfert

this rip is pretty aliased; i’d say overall below DVD quality. the blu-ray is out in 2 weeks , i’d wait for that.

Hmm – if your burning as data then the xbox360 wont play that release for some reason, i used ConvertXtoDvd and its fine on a 360,dosnt loose much quality either.going to try this release tho as the imax scenes are’nt cropped

Do you think we can get a rip of the Blu Ray using x264 under the size of a single layer DVD? No one should be using Xvid anymore. x264 is way better. Wouldnt mind seeing a sample of this though.

Most of the movie is filmed in 2.40:1 apart from a few 1.78:1 IMAX scenes which is why you get bigger black bars during those sequences.

at least snakes on a plane aint as ridiculous as a 2 hour dvd res movie taking up nearly 3 gig when xvid has a wall of quality around 1200kbps… fuckn slap in the head time :D

Twilight? oh gosh – the worst CGI effects ever. Looks like they had a $5 budget. That film is becoming more hype than anything else… definitely this years snakes on a plane. If you need your vamp fix then watch the TV show True Blood which is much better.

next time dont post opening your mouth like you know shit because as you see – you end up looking stupid. Learn to decipher what everything means in a titles release before opening your mouth. If that is too much for you then as suggested – get aXXo releases as they will suit you better no doubt.
