We Steal From-Torrent Sites-2009-SCENE NOTICE-WuSiWuG
First off, SORRY. This is long. I included a pile of proof. I hate scene notices that dont
back up their claims with proof. Theyre usually pred by rival groups trying to get the subject of
the scene notice a bad name. These arent claims. These are facts, and I have nothing to gain by
preing this, except a slightly more secure scene. Theyll probably just change name and get
affild on another site but hopefully any legit sites will be more careful in future.
So… who else noticed the nice 720p HDTV movies WuSiWuG had been preing?
Id never heard of them, but they seem to pre everything. X264, MP3, XViD, PS3, Swedish stuff…
There arent that many groups with their fingers in so many pies…
Anyway, these movies theyd been preing, theyre all stuff that hasnt gone/might never go retail
on bluray. Nice movies that, for whatever reason, arent available to buy in HD. Their pres fill
a gap. Fair play to them.
But… Theyre preing stuff capped from all over the world. Stuff that aired on UK telly, US, DE,
the list goes on. Odd thing number 2.
THEN, they pred A.Beautiful.Mind.2001.HDTV.720p.x264-WuSiWuG which appears to have had the credits
cut off, then the credits capped from an old VHS tape or something tacked on at the end. The credits
are horrible quality. A friend suggested that perhaps they showed the credits in a little box on
the screen, and showed whats coming on next on the rest of the screen, and whoever capped it
has resized that corner of the screen to full screen. Either way its awful quality and thats
classic P2P group behaviour.
But theyre not a P2P group, as such.
They just steal all their stuff from P2P groups.
If you have a site with these guys on it, make sure the siteop sees this evidence, its pretty damning.
Theres no way they can possibly deny it. Whatever WuSiWuG pre, it hit torrents days, weeks or even
months before. The nice thing is, if you open up x264 movies in mediainfo, it tells you the time and
date it was encoded. Same time for the P2P releases, and then the WuSiWuG pres, which pred after the
P2P stuff.
Horrendous coincidence, Im sure theyll claim.
The MD5 hashes are the same for WuSiWuG pres and the ORIGINAL P2P releases.
So, to recap.
P2P releases appear first.
WuSiWuG steals them and pres them in the scene.
The files have the exact same size, the same MD5 hash, and the headers hold exactly the same information
on the settings used and the date and time it was encoded.
These wankers clearly steal a significant portion of their releases from P2P. Here are the confirmed
steals, along with links to torrent sites the files were on before WuSiWuG stole them and pred them.
If you share a site with these losers, make sure the siteop purges them or you. These guys are stealing
from P2P so the chances are theyre leaking back to P2P as well. Either way, we can hardly say we dont
condone scene stuff ending up on torrents when we condone scene groups stealing from them.
Heres the confirmed steals so far.

Obviously just having done the same stuff as torrent groups doesnt mean theyre stealing
from torrents, so how about some proof? :D

Take a look at some other 720p movies in mediainfo – everyone uses different settings, and the chances of two different people using the exact same settings
to encode the same thing are pretty small. The odds are too high for it to be a coincidence. These are the same encodes, but wusis has been remuxed for
some reason. Perhaps to fix sync problems with the original, or in a pretty weak attempt to make it look like its not stolen.
I attempted to extract the audio and video from both the WuSiWuG and the NiX release, to compare MD5s of the raw streams. The NiX wouldnt open in
MKVExtractGUI. The headers were corrupt. I remuxed the NiX release in MKVmerge, which didnt seem to mind the corrupt headers.
After remuxing the NiX to a new file using MKVMerge and extracting the streams from THAT file in MKVExtractGUI, heres the MD5s of the streams.

As you can see, the only difference is that HDs release has subs muxed into the MKV. It looks like WuSiWuG have just removed the subtitles.
Perhaps the subtitles had a little mention from the original ripper in them and WuSiWuG are too stupid to edit subtitles?

Identical x264 settings again. Ive demuxed the audio and video again, to prove that the encoded streams are identical, just the containers been
messed around with. This time the original container opened fine in MKVExtractGUI.
again, the MD5s of the extracted video and audio are identical.

As Ive shown here, at least 6 of their x264 pres in the last 6 weeks have been stolen from torrents.
WuSiWuG stuff doesnt spread at all well so these are the only things Ive been
able to check. Im in no doubt that tons of their other stuff is stolen from P2P as well.
Either way, these guys are insecure and have no place in the scene. Purge them and any groups theyre
associated with.
Im giving their sites the benefit of the doubt for now, so I wont be mentioning any site names YET,
but if other places are found to still be affiling them then who knows, maybe info will leak
about sites who affil known P2P-connected groups. These guys risk the security of fellow affils and
racers and, potentially, anywhere that gets files fxpd to it from their presites.
Bring this notice to the siteops attention, there wont be a second warning.
Heres to making the scene more secure in 2009!
Happy new year to everyone except P2P stealers, P2P leakers and leech selling scum.

pirates, pirate, big news :/
Er, who gives a shit?
Sharing is sharing
crying about people stealing movies? taste the irony in that
1st 2 posters dont u get it lol this nfo isnt for your eyes lol

WHO CARES…POST RELEASES NOT HIGH SCHOOL DRAMA
Ironic indeed xD
Viddy well, brother. Viddy well.
eh? who gives a to$$?
I did it for the lulz!
I can’t believe someone went through all this trouble to write this up. Get a life big guy, there’s more to it than just the internet..
wobble steals a car, WuSiWuG steals “wobbles” stolen car.
wobble says: OH,WuSiWuG you’re a thief..
i would assume the guy who wrote it is concerned about his peers getting 25 years in the slammer..its great to read summit and KNOW what it means !happy new year all
No luka why is that group not preing its own stuff??kinda thing the feds would be into ehh who knows but as the nfo says “Heres to making the scene more secure in 2009!”
what a bunch of losers you are
Hello. We don’t care. And what is this? Now post some movies pls
my two cents….
WHO CARES!?!?!?!?! I’m sure that 99% of the people who download material from this site, and others like it, have no idea about how to encode, edit, decode, etc… and they dont care where it comes from, as long as they get their hands on as much free movies, games, tv shows, apps, etc, as they can! All the scene groups, P2P groups probably have their own Usenet sites, IRC chatrooms, or whatever to communicate with eachother, so leave us out of it. None of us really care about the politics of who got what from where, or who “stole” what from who! Point was made above that the guy who made this post is crying about someone stealing someone elses stolen stuff, and he couldnt be more right. In my opinion, if someone takes a file from somewhere and then posts it somewhere else to make it more available to the masses, then good for him, and good for me because it makes it that much easier for me to get what im looking for! So to the writer of the article above… stuff it, go cry yourself to sleep in your huge pillow(for all the so i married an axe murder fans out there) and to WU…whatever your groups name is…even though ive never heard of you, much less seen a release with your name in the info… good for you, keep it up, and thanks for bringing more stuff to the masses!
one last thought… to the guy who made the original post… how much time did you spend compiling all of your evidence? couldnt that time have been spent more constructively? Like maybe masturbating to gay porn? Or maybe, since you apparently are part of the “scene”.. perhaps you could have spent that time posting something the rest of us might actually want? a movie or a game or something? just a thought…
thanks again!!! <====3
@ jon and “what” your waiting around here for new releases i’ll just open my flashfxp to see if anythings just been pred lmfao ;)
well wobble, most of the time tony soprano didnt give a shit if phil leotardo went to prison..
I dont think anyone gets it wobble.
*Elizabeth in rowing boat heading toward shore*
*Elizabeth:* Bloody Pirates.
*back aboard the Dauntless, Ragetti sees the Pearl sailing away*
*Ragetti: Is it supposed to be doing that?*
*Pintel: They’re stealing our ship.*
*Ragetti: Bloody Pirates.*
Quote from *Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl*
they sound like little freaking kids, it is stolen media in the first place no one owns it other than the original holders that don’t allow us you share it. It’s not like they are getting paid so it doesn’t matter.
Pirates steal from Pirates.
HEHE CARE
You guys are beeing a kinda idiots. Their intensions were just to informe you.
who gives a shit.
yeah, well in this part of the world we make a conclusion after being informed….
Apparently no honour amongst thieve – errr…pirates.
movies on internet is stealing at all.
;)
i actually enjoyed this post and do like to follow whats happening in the scene. This is one of the few sites that posts real scene news anymore. Which is important. Some of you sound like fools.
Keep up the good work, i normally don’t comment but the lack of any support drove me to make my second comment. :-p
Long live piracy! Thanks to all the uploaders!
like “lol” i’m glad to hear some news from the scene
it may be boring for others, but i find it interesting
thx 4 the info
we don’t care
people stealing complaining about stealing
What an idiotic post. LOL This is sure to thin out the views of this site.
The drama.
But it is interesting to read these news bits.
TO THE WE DON’T CARE POSTERS…
I AM GOING TO GIVE A HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION TO CLEAR UP WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY WITHOUT SAYING IT…
When the local police force want to bust buyers and users of illicit drugs they use what they have available from the evidence locker etc.etc. legally they can’t hire a cook to provide it ..?????
Who cares.
Scene is better than P2P.
… this was one of the most interesting posts ive read in a while. maybe you should ban ip’s of all negative posters for being p2p lamers. jk but they can stick it and move on.
go f@ck yourselves for your stuipity and ignorance
illiterate morons
esp viperilovetosuckcock
lol scene drama is always funny, thanks for posting this
I keep trying to make a point why are you censoring it..
people…hypothetical situation for you to think about..
If I am a cop trying to bust people for buying and selling drugs I would have to get into that world. Furthermore if I wanted to meet the bigger players I would have to make some connections by establishing some reputation of drug dealing..right?? Even so I can’t legally manufacture those drugs myself…I have to use what is already available to me without risking my actions somehow putting more products on the streets… I would be very suspicious of anything remotely like this situation.

What an idiotic post. LOL This is sure to thin out the views of this site.
DOHHHH this site is called SCENE releases and YOUR not in the scene lol nanananaaa ohh just look whats just been pred rotflmfao
It’s like the crack head that went to the cops and complained about his dealer selling him phony crack.
Scene groups bitching about other scene groups tends to remind me of the Special Olympics, win or lose, they’re all still retarded.
SCENERELEASES – - – - – -
CAN YOU PLEASE GET BACK TO POSTING RELEASES THAT PEOPLE WANT
WE DONT WANT THIS DRAMA GARBAGE!!
WHERE IS MARLEY & ME??????????????????????CAM?????????????????
sharin’s sharin’s! who cares about the group as long as it works.

IT LOOKS BAD ON THE SITE

have a nice day tossers
If most groups do this stuff basically for bragging rights, and someone is stealing their bragging rights, maybe they won’t bother doing it anymore, and then the people here will have nothing.
I’m just here for the Bud Light!
